éS Game of SKATE 2007 Raleigh 3

The owners and staff at Vertical Urge kept our experiences with Southern hospitality consistent—we arrived to a packed skatepark and a warm welcome. This was the second éS Game of SKATE in North Carolina, and that was reflected by the 130 skaters who entered.

Some of the earlier games were pretty amazing, and anyone of a handful of skaters could’ve taken home the top spot. But the bigger field didn’t intimidate David Chayko, who fought through the tough competition on his way to landing his second Boost Mobile phone and trip to San Diego.
