Snowboard Connection and the folks from Marginal Way Skatepark were our hosts for the éS Game of SKATE, presented by Boost Mobile, in Seattle, Washington, on June 19, 2007. Marginal Way is a do-it-yourself skatepark built by the skaters of Seattle, and the éS Game of SKATE was a benefit for the park. An energetic crowd of skaters, girls, moms and dads and rugged park builders cheered and hollered as the skaters whittled down to the top spot, which went to James Starlin.

We’ll have to wait until September and the éS Game of SKATE Amateur World Championships to find out how James does, but for now, he took home an array of prizes from éS, Boost Mobile, SKF Bearings and Nixon.
